What has been your credo in life that helps you overcome each challenge?
A desire to excel and achieve a goal.
Can you share some of your training tips to perform better?
When things don’t go the way you want, you have to fight adversity, find out what tools you need to change things enough to be able to continue to fight for your objective.
What would be your tip to each person who wants to achieve something in sports?
That you work for your dreams and above all, I insist, that you enjoy each day of your work.
What advantages or benefits has the COMPEX Wireless brought to your performance?
I can say that with Compex my sports results have improved enormously. On a day-to-day basis, it helps me recover between sessions, in addition to strengthening parts of my body where it’s needed because of muscle chain deficits.
In my sport, judo, I’m not so fortunate as to travel with my physio, and this gives me the “plus” I need to give 100% in competition.
What are your preferred programmes and when do you use them?
Above all, I use the relaxing massage, the oxygenation and the reinforcement programmes.
What are you aiming for?
To be a leader in the world of sports, to pass on the important values sport has given me, and to achieve change in sport by means of hard work and commitment.
What is your ultimate goal in your career?
When I’ve completed my first experience of the Olympic Games in London 2012, to qualify again for Rio 2016.
