What has been your credo in life that helps you overcome each challenge?
Believing that what I was doing was right and that with work and effort one can overcome any obstacle. If you have self-confidence, you set your own limits.
Can you share some of your training tips to perform better?
To keep trying, not to give up. If you don’t succeed the first time, then keep on trying. Remember that the obstacles on our way make us stronger, and that the person who picks himself up first after a fall is the one who arrives first. The only way of doing this is with hard work and daily training..
What advantages or benefits has the COMPEX Wireless brought to your performance?
It’s given me benefits in terms of strength building and recovery, helping me both in active and passive work.
What are your preferred programmes and when do you use them?
I use the muscle building programme when I’m in a weight-training session. And the recovery one for relaxing, so that muscles are more relaxed and can work more intensively the next day.
What is your ultimate goal in your career?
Now that I’ve retired, sport is obviously more for fun and not professional, so I do a lot less training. Compex helps me maintain high muscle tone and, on days of excess stress, to recover more quickly.
