What is the motivation that helps you to overcome each challenge?

My desires are of personal improvement, the fact of knowing that something is difficult to achieve pushes me to fight hard in order to achieve my goals. Work hard, pick yourself up when you fall and you will get your reward sooner or later.

Can you share with us any of your training tips for improved performance?

Thanks to my fitness trainer, Eduardo Serrano, I have learned the benefits of exercises based on proprioception connected to the use of Compex at the same time in order to complete a training session at a powerful but slower speed for my snow work, and which is suitable for professionals and enthusiasts alike.

What advantages or benefits has COMPEX Wireless brought to your performance?

On the one hand the absolute convenience of the lack of cables which makes many of the exercises that I perform in my indoor training sessions much more comfortable, as well as the reduced size of the device which makes it completely portable. On the other hand, with the Wireless technology I have the feeling of more localised and powerful discharges, which is different to all the other devices.

What are your preferred programmes and when do you use them?

Ultimately I am working with the Hypertrophy programme in the evenings and after a deserved rest from the morning mountain training sessions, as I need a little bit more body protection due to the rapid progress being achieved in the sport and the limits which are constantly rising and is therefore becoming more dangerous. Therefore I need to increase my muscle quality and size and with the use of Wireless as a supplement, I am achieving this extremely well. As regards the most used/favourite programmes, they are the post-stress ones as they help me to rest and to get rid of any discomfort after competitions or intense training sessions.

What is the ultimate sporting goal that you aspire to achieve in your career?

To continue in the same manner that I have done so to date, to achieve challenges as they come and given time to realised my current goals, of which there are quite a few.
