What is the motivation that helps you to overcome each challenge?

The support from my relatives, friends and acquaintances who give me the strength day after day to be able to achieve my dreams in terms of sport and therefore to be a little bit happier every day.


Can you share with us any of your training tips for improved performance?

Perseverance, sacrifice and knowing how to suffer. Equally important is appropriate nutrition, enforced rest and above all the most important is good sports scheduling left in the hands of the professionals. If on top of all of this we also use new and effective technologies such as Compex, the result is almost definitely ensured.

What advantages or benefits has COMPEX Wireless brought to your performance?

Personally this new device has provided me with improved recovery after long daily training sessions, as well as a supplement in order to be able to improve the force-resistance and toning applied to the race.

What are your preferred programmes and when do you use them?

The most used programme is Active Recovery in order to recover after a hard session of lots of kilometres, Aerobic Resistance in order to achieve better toning and the TENS module for when there is discomfort. The heavy legs programme and massage is a great friend when there isn’t the possibility of having a massage session with my sports masseuse.

What is the ultimate sporting goal that you aspire to achieve in your career?

I have always dreamed of being able to devote myself exclusively to sport and I keep seeing this coming closer and closer thanks to the sacrifice and the results that I am achieving. Being an international athlete and even one day being able to run in an Olympic Games at the marathon distance would be my greatest and biggest sporting challenge.
