What has been your credo in life that helps you overcome each challenge?
Hope and the ambition to continue improving, both in the world of sports and elsewhere.
Can you share some of your training tips to perform better?
Keep at it steadily, day in day out, in spite of the fact that your body obviously won’t always respond the same way. You shouldn’t always go by the results – listen to your body.
What advantages or benefits has the COMPEX Wireless brought to your performance?
Rest and good recovery are very important when it comes to coping with intensive and/or extended periods of training. Also, good physical preparation and optimum muscle tone mean that I can train and compete regularly, without injuries. Thanks to COMPEX Wireless, I can look after all these key details while always being 100%.
What are your preferred programmes and when do you use them?
My favourite programmes after hard training sessions are decontracture and reviving massage. I’ve also been able to cope with minor problems using the endorphinic programme and modulated TENS. On the other hand, I top up my gym work with two or three sessions a week of resistance/explosive strength, depending on my objective.
What is your ultimate goal in your career?
I try to forge ahead steadily without obsessing about the future. Being in London will be a great experience for me in itself, and I hope it’ll help me do more and better in the coming years. Time and work will see to the rest.
