What has been your credo in life that helps you overcome each challenge?

Well, really, I’ve never thought about it, but I suppose that with hard work and dedication I’ve been able to get my people travelling all over the world.

Can you share some of your training tips to perform better?

To enjoy it and dedicate the necessary time to training. If you do that, you can achieve your objectives more easily.

What advantages or benefits has the COMPEX Wireless brought to your performance?

Compex has become my travelling companion, my “physio”, my trainer, when I’m competing away from home, which is most of the year. After my accident I couldn’t work certain muscle groups, but now Compex has made it possible.  Every day I use the resistance programme for the abdominals, as this is a very important muscle group for support and bodily stability and when practising my sport.

In my case, it means I have my physio with me most of the year.

What is your ultimate goal in your career?

I always say enjoying sport, travelling, and making new friends, but I don’t think that’s it. ? I want to go on improving from day to day, and when it comes to the marathon, winning in New York or Boston would be incredible, and winning the Paralympics – well, I just can’t tell you!
