Plenty of both. The compex wireless is portable physio unit and I can use it whenever I want. So I find that I can recover a lot quicker.
 

What are your preferred programs and when do you use them?

The pain and massage programs. I use them whenever I need. Especially after a tough day practicing.
 

What are you aiming for?

To get better every day and improve my performance. That’s harder than it sounds!!!!
 

What is your ultimate goal in your career?

Win the British Open.
